During a whirlwind weekend, my team and I found ourselves working remotely to resolve a critical escalation issue for a client. As the hours ticked away, the chaotic yet beautiful nature of our efforts began to resemble my painting, "DUCAOS" or perhaps more fittingly, "DUCAZ."

"DUCAOS" or "DUCAZ" is a vivid display of interlocking shapes and colors—red representing the client, blue symbolizing our company, green for our hopes, and shades of peach depicting my colleagues. Each element represented a piece of the puzzle we were trying to solve. The painting's energetic and dynamic composition mirrored the complexity and intensity of our work. Every brushstroke symbolized a task, an idea, or a collaborative effort, each essential to achieving our goal.

This painting is dedicated to my fantastic colleagues—Pier, Nuora, Valerio, Mattia, Marta, Teresa, Luca, Leonardo, Antonella, Renato, and Concetta—and to their personal stories they shared with me. When I look at this painting, I can feel the positive and energetic attitude that I experienced during those days.
